    Yes, our plans are designed to be upgraded as your needs change.  You can upgrade your plan through your billing client area. Your remaining hosting fees will offset the balance of your future charges.

    We offer multiple ways to get support for your hosting questions. These include a knowledgebase of common questions and answers, helpful videos, tipsheets and the ability to raise a support ticket to ask a question 24 hours a day via our website or by email. Our sister company Asporea Digital has a premium support service to help you with technical tasks if you would prefer an expert to take an issue off your hands.

  • What methods of payments  do you accept?

    Our payments are exclusively managed by Stripe offering the ultimate protection for our customers. Through Stripe you can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Union Pay.

  • Do you accept payments by cash or cheque?

    For simplicity and to keep costs low we do not accept payments except by credit or debit card.

  • What will happen at the end of the hosting term?

    At the end of the hosting term your hosting payment will renew at the same rate for the same period using the credit card you have on file with us.

  • Will the price of hosting go up?

    The price and you purchase at is the price you will keep with the exception of any price rise due to inflation or underlying service cost rises. We have a no surprises policy in relation to any price increase should it be required. If your hosting plan fees need to change for any reason we will notify you with at least 30 days notice.  Any price change will not come into effect until your next renewal period.

  • What currency do you bill in?

    All prices are listed in Australian dollars and may be subject To 10% GST when applicable. If you are purchasing with a credit card in a currency other than Australian dollars you will be billed in your local currency equivalent at your providers prevailing exchange rate. As a result you may experience exchange rate fluctuations.

  • Can you migrate my existing website?

    Yes, This offer includes one free website migration from an existing WordPress website. Free migration does require either Administration access to your WordPress installation or access to your cPanel.

  • How does website migration work?

    In order to take advantage of the offer we need you to have Administrator role access to your WordPress site or cPanel access. To avoid disruption or site loss you should not discontinue your present hosting arrangement until we advise that migration is completed. The free site  migration offer does not include the migration of email or non-WordPress sites.

  • How do I get hosting support?

  • Will you manage my website updates?
